Changes and Improvements

• Added recycle bin to dashboard

• When sharing a Room, Users and Groups are now separated into sections

• Long Tile titles are now marked with an ellipsis

• Rooms Calendar can now send invitations to events. These can be imported into 3rd party calendar

• Comments added in all types of files in Kenja Document Viewer now have links under a Tile

• Task view filters and options cleaned up with some moved to a separate menu
• Files can now be unlocked by mousing over the “Locked” status and clicking “Unlock”

• Other minor UI tweaks

• Fixed behaviour of Rooms without icon in certain lists
• Changes now detected in Share Settings
• Subroom .PNG transparent backgrounds are now correctly shown as white

• The tile editor size now dynamically resizes to accommodate larger screen resolutions

The Rooms sidebar has been redesigned from the ground up to be more user friendly.

Rooms can now be re-organized within the table view by simply dragging a column to the desired location.

Users will now be informed when they have “Read Only” access via a new button replacing the usual “+Add” button. This is to reduce confusion regarding permission levels while simultaneously simplifying the access management process. 

• Adding links to a tile has been unified into a single dialog
