3.11.5 Changes

• The setting "Allow user to set default page" is ON by default
• Add new user: "Don't create getting started" replaced with "Create getting started"
• Hide double line in subroom tile when there's no description
• Simple notification templates
• Support scrolling to highlight on every view type (that is, direct links respect selected view type instead of switching over to three columns every time)

3.11 Changes

• Admin can choose old and new search engine functionality
• Publish template copyright years
• Go to announcements renamed to "See all announcements in this room"
• Update to announcement popup style
• Flashing notifications box in the top right corner when there are unread announcements
• Popup announcements enabled by default when creating a new room (must manually enable for existing rooms)

To arrange the tiles in a neat and orderly fashion, please click on the Views button on the upper right-hand side, then select Even Tiles.

In this view, user can expand an entire tile by clicking the Down arrow  at the bottom of an even tile.

If the user wants to expand all tiles, just click on the blue Expand All button on the upper right-hand side.

• New Tile Editor with Colors and Highlights
• Live and simultaneous tile editing
• Changes are cloud autosaved (while typing)
• Support for uploading images within tile metadata
   

• Create/Edit Task Dialog - Can choose group in task assignment dropdown
  • Selecting a group will automatically expand all its members into the Assignee field
  • NOTE: Room access must be shared with the group beforehand

• Info & Activity Tab -  Added a simple tooltip showing all the people who have already viewed the announcement

Published Site visitors can now directly upload files which will be accessible to the Room users.

• Publish Site Dialog - Enabled when first publishing the website
• Only available to these Security options:
  • Users invited by email
  • Logged in users (via Rooms)
• Publish Site Dialog - Every uploaded file is tied either to an invited user (email) or a Rooms account, uploader should be displayed next to the file when you view in Uploaded tab
  • Publisher should be able to remove the files in the Uploaded tab

The user should be able to select his default view that is displayed upon login, it can be:

1. Dashboard or any room
2. Menu > Rooms action  > Set as default view
3. Menu > Rooms action  > Reset the default view to dashboard

The admin can also set this up for new and existing users using the admin panel:

• Admin can -  Edit user  > Allow/disallow to set default view
• Admin can - Edit user > Set default view

• Auth0 authentication
• Auth0 email field in user settings
• Auth0 enabled (checkbox) in user settings (Admin panel)
• Auth0 enabled (checkbox) in organization settings (Admin panel)

3.11.5 Fixes

• First line of a comment appears empty and impossible to delete if the first line of text is too long to fit
• Add emoji button placement in comments under activity tab
• "Add comment" button disappearing when a comment under activity tab goes out of focus
• Even tiles compatibility fix for IE
• Direct link not scrolling the page to the highlighted element correctly
• Images embedded into tile descriptions not displaying correctly as published sites
• Switching between mobile and desktop versions while on mobile
• Download button missing from the published sites files list
• "This tile is being edited" automatic cleanup broken
• Stock icons visibility in a subroom tile
